In addition to the face-to-face training we offer, we also provide
a range of assessments and psychometric tests which are extremely useful for enhancing
self-awareness and for providing a focus for on-going learning and development.
Our range of assessments and tools are technically stringent, cost effective and make full use of on-line technology.
They can either be used to enhance the learning from face-to-face training or coaching (by completing them before, and/or after the sessions), or they can be used as a stand-alone service to compliment your own learning and development activities.
All of our tests involve completing a series of short questions and can all be completed at any time on your own computer - either on-line or by completing an interactive pdf. We then provide you with a comprehensive assessment report, including suggestions of potential areas for improvement, and some useful tips and techniques that are relevant to the subject area.
If you are attending one of our courses or a coaching session with H2, then our trainer/coach will give you the report and will go through the results of the test with you to make sure that you fully understand the conclusions, and any implications for your future development. If you choose to complete an assessment without booking on a course, that's fine too, as we'll email you the report and will arrange a 30 minute telephone call to introduce the report and to develop an action plan for capitalising on the new awareness back in the workplace. Generally our assessment reports will be ready within 3-5 working days of completion.

Conflict Management
A simple but useful tool for identifying your preferred conflict management style, and for reflecting on the impact of this style on various situations. The report provides an overview of the 5 different styles, together with some useful tips and techniques for making improvements to the way in which conflicts are handled.
Influencing Skills
A simple but useful tool for identifying your preferred influencing style, and for reflecting on the impact of this style on various situations. The report provides an overview of the 9 different styles/approaches, together with some useful tips and techniques for making improvements to the way in which conflicts are handled.
Management Relationship
Provides an indepth appraisal of your relationship with your manager, based on an analysis of the dynamic created by your two (different?) working/communication styles. The report provides an overview of the areas where the styles are compatible and where they may conflict, and some useful suggestions of how the professional relationship may be improved and maintained.

A quick yet reliable way to identify the lifestyle, coping, and psychosocial factors that help individuals withstand the adverse effects of daily stress. Particularly useful as part of executive/management coaching, stress management training, and wellness/health promotion programmes.
Time Management
An analysis of your personal approach and habits in relation to your current management of time, including organisational practices, attitude and preferences towards time and efficiency, and your ability to manage the most common time wasters and stealers.
360 degree appraisals provide a powerful insight into an individual's self-perception in relation to the perceptions of colleagues and key stakeholders. Each appraisal focuses on a specific area of personal performance/approach and can therefore be particularly useful for enhancing ongoing personal learning and development. All of our Individual Assessments (as detailed above, apart from the Stress Management and Time Management Assessments) can also be completed as a 360 degree appraisal if preferred.
