How evalaute the effectiveness of your team
Assessment Tool
Score the following 20 statements relating to how your team works between
1 and 5, where 1=low and 5=high. Then add up the total score to see how
close you feel your team is to 100% ideal effectiveness and efficiency
If you have any particularly low scoring areas, use these to start thinking
about what changes need to be made to make the team more effective. Finally
look at where the scores are high and remember to celebrate the areas in
which your team is doing well!

- Team contributions are valued and recognised by the organisation

- Individuals are glad that they belong to the team
- Individual contributions are valued and recognised by the leader and
other members
- Members are confident and motivated and proud of their work
- The team feels like a great place to belong
