H2 Bespoke Courses

Our bespoke service involves us designing and delivering a tailored course to meet your more individual requirements. Following a short but effective pre-course consultation, we will put together a course programme that reflects your specified priorities, and that includes exercises based on real-life case studies/scenarios. This helps us to ensure that the course stays focussed on the issues that are most important to you and your delegates.

We will be happy to organize a bespoke course within your own facilities, or if preferred, we will arrange an alternative venue of your choice.

We offer an extensive range of bespoke training topics and modules that can be designed to run for any duration, depending on the depth and breadth of training needs.

Topics include specific skills development (such as delegation, presentation and negotiation skills), and more role-specific topics (such as Management and Supervision; Customer Service and Team Working).

For each of the following topics, we offer a selection of 'potential modules' that can be built into your bespoke programme. You're no longer restricted to prescribed formats, topics or course titles, as we will combine any number of modules from any of the core topics, so there's an infinite number of combinations available!

We understand that training is an investment - not just in terms of the cost, but also in time. We are therefore committed to providing excellent value by ensuring that our bespoke training is competitively priced.

Unlike other bespoke providers, we charge a flat daily fee from 1,000 +VAT per day (from 800 +VAT for not-for profit organisations), for any number of attendees up to 12 people, dependent only on the location and the duration of the course.
