The development of on-going professional relationships is key to any successful organisation. Unless negotiations achieve a win-win outcome, it is likely that such relationships will break down over time.

This course will enable delegates to become effective negotiators, both externally with other organisations, customers and suppliers, and internally, within day-to-day routine discussions with colleagues.

It is particularly recommended for anyone required to negotiate deals, terms or contracts on behalf of their company, or for anyone required to provide a service for their colleagues, whilst wishing to be assertive about their own needs.
