"I’m Tina Halperin, and I wrote this book because I believe every woman deserves to approach peri-menopause feeling excited, not defeated. After years of feeling misunderstood and being handed one-size-fits-all advice, I took a deep dive into the psychology of female hormone health. 

I offer my services as both a coach and trainer to individuals and organisations wishing to focus on the impact of hormone health and wellbeing either at work and/or at home. I have over 35 years’ experience in coaching, training and consultancy. My background in Psychology has strongly influenced my pragmatic approach to supporting individuals and businesses to achieve their potential. I've focused on helping others to understand the psychology of well-being and performance, and how to use this to their advantage. I became naturally curious about the changing roles and expectations of women in the workplace and am a passionate advocate for the support needs of women who are experiencing the inevitable changes during perimenopause and menopause.
