And even if it is, many women appreciate having a bit more time to talk through the wider, day-to-day effects of their hormone health issues.

My Approach & Background

Minter Hormone HealthAs the Founder of H2 Training, Coaching & Consultancy - I teamed up with Minter Hormone Health in 2024 to offer dedicated hormone health coaching for women experiencing these far-reaching effects - recognising that support often needs to come in different forms. Through my workplace training and coaching, I observed a distinct need for specific support for women who, at certain stages in their careers, may begin to see a decline in confidence, or experience a lack of resilience and tolerance in challenging situations.

The essence of my coaching lies in empowering you through personalised strategies, fostering resilience against stress, and enhancing your personal well-being. My sessions offer a balance of empathetic support and practical solutions to the nuanced challenges you face. Together, we will work to create customised strategies that identify your priorities, counter your biggest stressors, improve difficult relationships, and establish concrete steps towards achieving your life and work goals.

Each coaching session lasts 45 minutes, providing dedicated time/space to address your specific symptoms and challenges. Utilising a variety of evidence-based coaching tools and strategies - including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques - together we will unpack what you are experiencing, gain a fresh perspective on your transition, and develop practical, workable solutions to help you regain control and clarity.

Coaching Locations & Flexibility

Coaching sessions are available either in-person or virtually, depending on your lifestyle and preferences:

  • In-person Sanctuary: Located in a quiet rural setting near Ware, just outside Ash, my face-to-face coaching takes place in a quiet venue surrounded by open fields and orchards. The natural environment is intentionally chosen to provide a neutral, grounded space that allows clients to step away from daily distractions before their session begins. Inside, the private room is fully tailored to client comfort, confidentiality, and focus. The venue is easily accessible with dedicated free on-site parking, ensuring a smooth, stress-free arrival from start to finish.
  •  Virtual Flexibility: For clients across the UK, I provide virtual coaching sessions via Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp video, or traditional telephone call. This flexible approach allows you to access dedicated, confidential support from the comfort and privacy of your own home, completely eliminating travel time and logistical stress. Whichever format you choose, you will receive the same focused guidance and clinical preparedness as an in-person meeting.

The Six-Session Advantage: Apart from the discounted cost, booking a series of six sessions allows me to devise a completely bespoke coaching programme tailored to your specific requirements and circumstances.
